Devizes Town travelled into Swindon on Thursday night looking to maintain their 100% winning record in the Under 18 Division of the Corsham Print Wiltshire Senior League against New College. It started well for the visitors with Jack Smith putting them ahead with his eighth goal of the season. However, Joao Pedro De Souza put New College back on level terms before a stunning free kick from Zach Snelham secured a first win of the season for New College as well as ending Devizes perfect league record. What is clear this season is that there is little difference between all the teams in the Under 18 Division which bodes well for another exciting title race.

Melksham Town were looking to move level on points with Royal Wootton Bassett Town in second place with a win against AFC Aldermaston. Lyndon Barnfield put the home side Melksham ahead and the same player then extended their lead just before the break from the penalty spot. Cameron Pearce added a third after the interval and despite further chances to extend their lead it finished 3-0 to Melksham who duly went joint second in the table with their third win of the campaign.

Pewsey Vale had become the first side to take points off Royal Wootton Bassett Town in their last game and travelled to Calne Town looking to build on that result. Calne meanwhile having suffered the abandonment of their first game of the season when leading had lost their next three games and were looking to return to winning ways. In another close encounter it finished all square with one goal apiece, Harrison Dunsden with his second of the season for Calne and Ben England getting his third of the season for Pewsey Vale.

With half-term school holidays there are no fixtures for the next two weeks the action getting back under way on Monday 1st November. All of November's fixtures are now on FA Full Time.
